We dispatch items as quickly as possible and always within the lead times given. We charge a flat rate for delivery - regardless of how many items are in your order with us, we make no extra charges for additional items.

The Etsy system ‘talks’ to the Royal Mail system and the delivery address automatically populates, so it’s really important the delivery address given is correct as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that go missing due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery address information.

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, with 2nd Class Post being our standard delivery service. Royal Mail aims to make delivery within 2-3 days on this service, though this is not guaranteed.
